Here is a response from Louie, one of the most knowledgeable
persons in CSY:

          1.  "We are on HPOSVERSION C.16.01 and HPVERSION 60.00.
              Can we update to 7.0 express 1 or do we need to update
              to 6.5 first?"

              Answer:  You can update from 6.0 to 7.0, no problem.

          2.  "Should there be a SUBSYS tape delivered with the
              7.0 express 1 patch?"

              Answer:  Answer:  It depends on what the customer ordered,
                       but this question is often asked in respect to a
                       customer that:
                           a) is already on 7.0
                              and
                           b) is not ordering any 'new' Subsystem products.
             In the above case, the customer would get only one (the
             PowerPatch) tape, because the only change to the Subsystem
             tape is the addition of the product Cluster/iX.
