Createprocess Intrinsic

I have a need to CALL the CREATEPROCESS Intrinsic from one online program
to another.  All of our existing programs us the CALL statement and the
programs must be linked or exist in the XL.  We have an example of the
createprocess, but it's one batch program starting another batch program.
Any help or examples would greatly be appreciated.  Or a simple "you can't
do that"!! This is part of our migration path to other platforms initial
investigation.
