Or not even an IA64 clone. 
Maybe something that would run on Windows 2000 Server or Professional.

As many vendors do it, there could be an [uh oh, here we go!] an "MPE Lite" to run on PC clones, and a heavy duty server type running on a 64 bit machine, like "MPE Server" or even "MPE Professional".
