The answer is yes. Within LINKEDIT, the ALTPROG syntax is as follows:

ALTPROG file;PRI=priority_level

The priority_level specifies the execution priority that the program will have
at run time. The priority_level must be expressed as BS, CS, DS, ES, or a

  We are considering using PowerBuilder and Impromptu with Image/SQL.  I
  would like to ask for some opinions, pros/cons, etc. of these products.
  Are your users happy with PowerBuilder and/or Impromptu as far as ease of
  use (user friendly?), flexibility, and performance?  Do you feel there
  are better ways to go and what about their longevity?
