Costas,

I ran into this problem recently with an Omnidexed database, the simple
solution was that we needed to upgrade to a newer version of Omnidex
(3.04.11 E) which we had in the box on the shelf!

Try contacting your TPI vendor for advice..


If you have TPI's they can dramatically improve your access to the data
(but you cannot use the key-work indexes).


We have attached a lot more than 5 IMAGE DBs to a single DBE with no
problem BUT when using ODBC some applications will only present the first
255 tables.

To get rid of DBEfiles use SQLUTIL, key in HELP for advice, the HELP is
quite good in all ALLBASE programs.
