Chuck,

Since you live in that socialist state (uh, I mean liberal) of MD, perhaps
you should checkout the tax prices accross the creek in VA.

You may want to consider moving to VA from MD....  There's no way I'd live
in MD or DC....  Nothing to do with the people, I just can't afford it.
