MPE/5 Quarter Inch Tape content recovery

A bit of a long shot: We have a customer who needs to recover some data
from an old 1/4" HP9144 tape cartridge from an HP3000/37 (remember those?)
We unfortunately disposed of our last Mighty Mouse a couple of years ago
so we can't help them.
Is there anyone out there who still has such a thing who could help them
out by restoring the files and then storing them on to something more
modern like a DDS tape?

I would appreciate it if you email directly to me if you are able to help
because I don't regularly monitor the list at the moment.
