The KSAM file is on disc drive LDEV 40, and other files on that drive,
including another KSAM file, have no problems.
I tried FCOPY and DSCOPY, and they both say the file does not exist.
LISTF finds it and lists all its attributes.
We are going to try restoring it from another tape, or copying it from
the 960 where it is alive and well.
We suspect something in the file, or file label, is corrupted.
Thanks for all the suggestions!
