CONSLOG.PUB.TECHXL,  Boeing Tech account will display console log messages.
 I think we used to have one that a program called SCANLOG that would look
for specific records and format them, in particular file open/close.  I'm
pretty sure I've seen others on the CSL tape.   I thought you could also
use LOGTOOL (sysdiag) for some of the same features.
