Our Easytime product went into a loop yesterday and we could not abort
the job. We attempted to raise and lower the priority but the user's
session just hung there at PRI 152, (C152, D152, E152). We aborted the
job with the ABORTJOB command and waited for an hour during lunch while
it ran at 99%. Finally, after contact the Response Center, we rebooted
the HP3000.

Ouch.
