917LX System Failure After Shut 6 Shutdown

System abort 653 from subsystem 143
Secondary Status: Info = -300 Subsys = 107
System halt 7, $028D

FLT DEAD (bottom line on console)


After I shut down the system Friday night, got the Shut 6 message on
the console, then immediately got this system failure message
on the console...

I looked up the Error Messages manul and saw that Subsystem 143 is 
the File System. 

I immediately restarted the system, got to the ISL> prompt, so I 
started up the system. No errors on its way back up, got to the 
colon prompt without any problems. Signed onto Manager.Sys, started
up the network, started the batch jobs. Everything ok so far. 
Stopped the network and then I shut the box back down again 
with ctrl-A shutdown.

Got to the Shut 6 message and this time no system failure.......

Anyone have any ideas why this problem would happen? Or even what
the problem is?
