If you don't mind a Project Base and WBS base ERP system(more likely A&D)
You could use a Compass, COBOL base Oracle backend running on UNIX box.
They migrate HP3000 IMAGE to UNIX with Oracle few years ago...
Now, the company has been recently aquire by another corporation start with M...
