I believe this is the error message you get when a database is enabled for
TPI, but the accessing program (or associated TPI XL) can't open the TPI
root file - probably HEALTH0A in this case.  An example follows...

We have just got in a new faster box, that is still under test. I am doing
some testing on a process and wanted to use the extra resources.

I restored only the parts of an AMISYS data base that I needed to run my
process, the detail sets and the associated masters for the keys I was
using.  However when I open the data base using SUPRTOOL or QUERY I get the
