And don't forget to specify a language option or you won't get the light
bulb at all (HP once refused to deliver a system to me because they
were waiting for manuals to deliver with the system.  Why were they
even waiting for the manuals to arrive at the merging center?
Because no language option had been specified on the order and
they didn't know which manuals to ship...)
