I searched inside the firewall and outside (www.hp.com and hpshopping.com)
and the only reference to "Defender" or "Axent Defender" I find that makes
any sense is what appears to be firewall software from Symantec. Perhaps
this unit you have permits user authentication? No matter where I looked
(including in our internal problem database) I could find nothing that looked
like the 1-800-HP-HOOKME number.

Unfortunately, not much help from me!
