The "Search" command at "http://www.csusm.edu" shows two vi editors for
Windows.  I haven't used either of them, but it might be a good place to
start.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a decent vi for the PC?  It can run on
WFWG or WIN/NT, I really don't care.  However, I would like it if it was
shareware;)
