Yes, you can't have two NI's on the same network, ie you can't have a
192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2. They must be on seperate networks or subnets.

Also, the Store and Forward buffers goes back to when (some still do) we
could use the HP3000 as a router. You aren't doing that, so don't modify the
Store and Forward buffers.
