I'm just making a wild and totally speculative guess here, with nothing
really to base it on except watching her HP rise and fall, but she looks
to me like someone getting ready to set up a political exploratory
committee.  I imagine there'll be some juicy Senate seats coming up in
'10 that she might have her eye on...
