This would be very, VERY, **VERY** useful in our shop!!
 
If each job queue could have a different default priority (or workgroup
if you have Workload Manager) JLIMIT and outclass that would be super.
 
The queue-specific JLIMIT could be subordinate to the current global
JLIMIT so the system manager can control the max number of running jobs
in each queue as well as an overall maximum number of running jobs.
 
And, naturally, enhance :SHOWJOB (and other appropriate CI commands) to
allow selection based upon job queue.
