The file rbwin.hlp almost contains what you want. The text of the error
message is returned by the Error$() function.
Syntax Error[$] [(ErrorCode)]
Some errors are listed in that help file under "Trappable Errors: BASIC
Language", others in Rwinprog.hlp.
