Yeah - an early problem with a soft link that I thought was fixed. The softlink
built by the installation software was /bin/uncompre. Later, /bin/uncompress was
added. You can resolve this by:
 
ln -s /SYS/HPBIN/UNCOMPRE /bin/uncompress
 
Alternately, you can:
 
compress -d /WWW/WWW/httpd_1.3
 
to decompress your file.
