I will second this. It has been my experience that STORE will not recreate
empty directories. BULDACCT does. I will always prefer BULDACCT over the
Store Directory option when destroying/recreating data.
You should still use the CREATE=CREATOR though during the restore in case a
file was created by a user that it no longer configured on the system.

For extra assurance (insurance), besides what others have suggested...
Why not, in a group secure to MANAGER.SYS types only, and which will get
backed up to tape, run BULDACCT with '@' to get your BULDJOB1 (directory
info) and BULDJOB2 (udc information)?
