Duane,

How did you determine that HP Eloquence would be economically viable as a product of HP?

It seems to me that they have maybe 1000 to 3000 potential customers (all ex HP3000).  Its long term revenue stream would be small especially compared to other products at HP. I just do not understand how it can be a survivor in the database marketplace.

It may be technically great, but can it stand up economically?  Your analysis would be appreciated.
