I would think that answers to this question would be of interest to several
of us. Isn't this one of the purposes of having a list?

Subject: HP/NT Integration Suggestions
I am asking the list for some suggestions on tools or proven techniques in
tackling our next project. It involves reading tables from a SQL 7.0
database on an NT 4.0 server and populating an TurboImage database on the
HP3000 (6.0 pp2).The two platforms reside on the same network. Some thoughts
that we came up with, but are not sure of their validity are:
a) Setting up SAMBA to access TurboImage database and other files like MSG
files for control
b) Setting up ODBC
c) Network File Access (?)
d) Socket level programming
e) Bridgeware from TAURUS Software
Please reply privately as to not cludder the list.
TIA
