Utility for JetDirect Cards

We are on MPE 5.0 and using a third party product (NetPrint 92) to
print to LaserJet printers via TCP/IP.  We also have an External
JetDirect card (J2382B) attached to a printer.
 
Does anyone know of a utility that runs on the 3000 for configuring
external JetDirect cards.  Its documentation says you need HP/UX,
Sun, or IBM's AIX to run the (extra cost) configuration software.
We would like to be able to modify the timeout values and control
banner pages, etc.  TIA.
