I've heard the "hard sell" from the HR/Recruiters, and they all sound too
good to be true, as usual.

Does anyone out there have the "real story"?

What kind of place to work are they?

How much crap falls from the 'adminisphere'?

Do they listen to the people who work with the system daily or wave a
consultant in the air before they take off in new directions in IT?
