I have an HP3000/959 that has two attached DTC48's. Each DTC has at least one "modem" card that I used in the past for remote locations transmitting via multiplexers. I have an application that management wants our sales reps to access from various locations throughout the U.S. and I need to connect multiple asynchronous modems to the DTC's for dial up access. I am looking for someone that has successfully connected and used async modems in this way to help me (or contract to) install and test the equipment and system configuration for this application. I have tried to install several modems (Hayes & US Robotics) without success and do not know if it was the modems, the cables or the NMConfig changes that I did not set up correctly. If you can help, please contact me off the HP3000-List at my email address.
