Regarding the minutes, we have had server update issues, some of which
had to do with access and security.

We have Minutes, they just haven't been posted.

In a nutshell:

1)  We're currently in the "intent" phase of acquiring an MPE source
code license.  We're also soliciting donations to help with that.

2)  We have set up and installed our own HP3000 server for the purpose
of replacing our web site (above).  We're haven't yet made the move to
switch the IP address.  This server also needs development (we have just
got a vendor.)  This box will also host the former Jazz content.

3)  We have also obtained and installed a replacement for the Invent3k
machine.

4)  For 2 and 3 above, we haven't yet decided which will be which.
Since both are HP3000 boxes.  They also need access and security to be
set for potential users.
