I know one of ERP software vendor base on Calabasas California,
they migrate ERP package written by HP COBOL/IMAGE to
Microfocus COBOL and Oracle Call Interface , They save same COBOL
source and just change CDB (Codasyl type of call to convert IMAGE call)
rotine to Oracle Data base management layer(C) in Unix platform.
