I have the following problem:
when i try to use a string within a SQLExecDirect Statement which
contains a apostrophe, e.g.

"update DB.TABLE set string='What's new' where keyitem=1234"

i get an error message.
Is there an escape character which i can use to indicate that the
apostrophe in "What's" doesn't terminate the hole string?

TIA
