One of our customer has 2562C printer connected to HP3000 via DTC.
It is configured as PRT18D96  (Printer type 18 at 9600 baud).
It is connected to the DTC with a cable that has the following pin
connections:

2  -  2
3  -  3
7  -  7
6  -  20
20 - 6
5&4  -         (Jumber at pin 5 & 4 on the Printer side)
     -  5&4    (Jumper at pin 5 & 4 on the DTC side)

Everything works great till they turned off their printer (turned off the
power).  When the printer is offline, then all the spoolfiles that is being
sent to the printer are gone...

They tried another cable with 2, 3, 7  but the problem here is that when the
printer is out of paper or offline there are no messages on the console....
