Mary Kay cosmetics in Texas has a huge HP3000 operation using Cognos.

HBOC/McKesson makes HP3000-based Hospital software that runs the
majority of Hospitals in the southeast - including Scottish Rite, St
Joseph, and Northside Hospital here in Atlanta.
