- I would think it runs a sockets application connecting to it's counterpart
on HP3000 who has the data in IMAGE database. This was at least the way
HP's (internal) KDB was implemented. If I got it right, HPSL data is a
subset of KDB's and it might even use the same databases. Some sources
told that it has it's own - I don't know. Anyway, just wanted to point
out that it is very unlikely that VT would be used there... a true client-
server job does a much better job in this case.
