I agree. In fact I think there should be just one big URL that points to a
web site that's specifically set up for this ad, and which is designed to be
a gentle introduction to the applications available for the 3000, etc.

Everyone who contributes can have some space / a link on the page, etc.

Lots of success stories, etc.

I really think that the "entry" web page should concentrate on applications
as much as it does the platform itself.

Something like:

* About the HPe3000 high reliability computing platform

* Solutions
  - Health Care
  - Credit Unions
  - Mail Order
  - Manufacturing
  - Distribution
  - Education

etc. We could probably fund the entire project by charging the big
application vendors to be included on this site :-)

While Alfredo's poetic message to Carly is cute, it strikes me as too much
of a $150,000 inside joke that nobody other than we and Carly will get.

I see two goals for the ad. The first is to publicly annoy Carly (though
only a little bit of course) and I think the second goal should be to sell a
few new 3000s! And selling 3000s means letting people know what
applications exist.

I'm not necessarily suggesting listing applications in the ad text itself,
but I think that the set of currently available business applications should
be the centerpiece of the web site that the ad's URL points to.

For the ad text itself, I lean towards ~4 paragraphs, the first chiding
Carly for ignoring the platform, and the rest saying how great it is, and
telling people to visit the URL below for the rest of the story.
