The quick an dirty method:
I would try ADAGER 'Decompile' into a separate files for each database,
then use DIFF.HPBIN.SYS (man diff)

The best method:
Write your own program, see DBINFO in the Image Manual at:

Is there any utility available that can be used to compare Image
database schemas and see the differences if any?

The lines with capacity/entries etc make it time consuming to do an
FCOPY compare.
