I think the e-mail, or having them run a program to prints the report to
a slave printer are your only options. One of the problems is the dial-in
equipment most ISP use make a whole bank of modems look like one IP
address. It's kind of the same relm as a firewall. Duh... speaking of
firewalls, if they are behind a firewall everything behind the firewall
looks like one IP address to the rest of the internet.
