Paul,
You can buy a conversion kit from HP to change the 7980xx HPIB drives
to SCSI devices. The HP HP-IB printers are at the end-of-support,
otherwise the solution for those devices is to convert them to
Centronics interface devices and hang them on either an Emulex NetQue or
an HP Jetdirect print server. The new HP printers have the parallel
port built in so you only need the print server device.
