You have no reason to worry, Ken. You're completely correct. MR NOBUF has been
in QueryCalc for about six or seven years. And Gavin's right, too (sort of
:-).

I am allergic to doing anything tricky. But PRIV modes reads against an IMAGE
database don't fall into that category. PRIV mode is on an IMAGE database
primarily to keep the database files from being accidentally purged or
overwritten.
