I have received close to a terabillion inquires as to the
name of the vendor which is causing our migration to Unix.
 
The vendor is Western Data Systems, the product is called
Compass Contract.  WDS produces MRP II and finacial software
oriented to the areospace and defence industry.  Although
they have not "officialy" withdrawn support for the 3k
all they are supplying is bug fixes.  All new features/
functionality/enhancements, etc. are in client/server
Unix.
 
Thanks again for all the reponses.  It looks like I will
need between 2 and 5 times the resources we have currently.
Well that certainly narrows it down!
