Somebody a LONG time ago on this list I think said they used an external
jetdirect box and got a 2563A printer to work configured as a Deskjet 300? This
is all from memory so I wouldn't swear by it but it might work :) I'll search
my grey matter to see if I can get some more info. Hope it helps..
