The auto negotiate between MPE Networks and most switches is unreliable
at best. Set both to Full Duplex no negotiation!

Bounce (Stop and Start) the MPE NS services, no reboot required.

Most of my network is running at 100 Mbps full duplex
and I noticed that the HP3000 is connecting at 100 Mbps
half duplex. In reviewing the NMMGR settings, sure
enough, I have auto-negotiation turned off and the link
set manually to 100 Mbps half duplex. Is there any reason
why I couldn't use auto-negotiation or set it manually
to full duplex? The switch it is connected to will
auto-negotiate. And if I do change it, do I need to do
it with everyone off and re-boot?
