I'm not a vendor of hardware support, just an independent consultant.

One of my clients was so happy with the support they got from Black
River for their Series 70 that when they finally replaced it recently with
a new, currently-supported RISC machine they decided to stay with
Black River for support, instead of getting HP support.
(That doesn't help HP's bottom line, but that's the price they pay for
dropping support on older systems.)

I recommended Black River to another client, when HP stopped
supporting 960s. Black River does a good job, and makes me look
good for recommending them.
