From what I see, CSL 2671 INCLUDE (c source) will create C++/Fortran include
files.
(I think I have this one on hand - probably needs some work though)
(Plus to create the includes the way you want them)
For me on I4, I'd create INTEGER*4 ITEM(2) and can at least print some
values.

It's my week.
1) My IMAGE manual indicates there is no equivalent data type in
FORTRAN77 for an IMAGE I4 item. If that is true, how do reference an IMAGE
data element that is defined as I4 in a FORTRAN77 program?
2) Does anyone know of a utility to read an IMAGE schema and create the
'INCLUDE' files needed by FORTRAN77?
