Note the word "Helping" -- Yes, Queen's does use Bookware 3000 for their
backend and POS systems. WBS was used at the kiosks, campus dorms and other
student living facilities (mostly at kiosks) to find their class lists,
required book lists and such. Bookware of course did the other work.

It was the combined use of these systems during this rush period. We do not
bill ourselves as the backend system - we front-end Bookware here in terms of
the web, and we are now front-ending several others as well.

Plug for Carleton as well: Those POS terminals really kept up as well -
Bookware did a great job too. The application does quite a bit in support of
the both POS and backend systems, and does so admirably.

Regards,
Joe
