You can do it without using any special utilities.

Do a :LISTSPF to find out what the input spoolfile number is, and then do
:XEQ PRINTSPF.PUB.SYS Innnn.IN.HPSPOOL. [...]46_22Jun199917:02:[log in to unmask]

Just be CAREFUL if you're using Mirror/iX... IIRC it tends to disable
mirroring??
