Just a note here - be careful with the terminology.
 
'Nailed' means that there is a specific ldev on the MPE system associated
with the physical DTC/board/port. The port can be switched and the ldev
is still nailed.
 
'switching disabled' is simply 'non-switched'.
 
Just want to help clear some potential confusion.
