  I don't think these are Omnidex files, but you can be sure: do a :LISTF,3 on
the files in questions.  Omnidex index files are filecode = -410 and -411 and
they are PRIV.

Sounds like it may be an Omnidex file, although I don't think it should be
"PRIV".  Just a wild guess!
