In "ancient times" RENAME required you to be CREATOR but that has been
changed with MPE/iX 5.0 (as far as I recall). Things like these tend to
be mentioned in the Communicator for the respective release (not meant
as an offense, just a hint regarding literature worth reading/skimming)

Another example? BUILD across account boundaries...
