A company we are working with has a customer who is having a problem
with a DTC16iX which is connected via a pair of HP 27289B routers. I've
posted a couple messages about this problem in recent weeks. They
have still not been able to figure out how to configure the routers
correctly.

The customer has no HP support, and the Response Center has refused
to talk to them, even on a T&M basis (they were told that if it were
HPUX they could do it on T&M, but not if it is a 3000).

Since they can't find anyone in HP willing to take their money to
solve this problem for them (short of buying a support contract and
paying 18 months back support), I'm looking for someone who is
familliar with the configuration of these HP routers and using them
to bridge DTC traffic who might be able to help them out.

Please email me if you are interested.
