two thoughts:

  1) you have an older version of SYSINFO...

Check the version of SYSINFO and make sure it's 6.5 aware.

I don't know the correct version for 6.5.
     Our 7.0 system has version: (A.06.00) cm2 12.2000

     :listf sysinfo.prvxl.telesup,3
      shows # records as 550.

   2) you have the correct version, but it's got a bug in reporting
the size of memory. E.g., it might be obtaining the number of pages,
multiplying by 4096, and getting an integer overflow, and reporting
      the wrong data.

What value does the ME command show: 2.5 GB, or 1.07 GB? The latter would
not be unexpected in an overflow case where you really have 4 GB.
